A very sophisticated audio visual package is available throughout the Conference and Banqueting Centre, with the option to hire additional specialist equipment if required.

Our conference team will demonstrate how to use the equipment and how to gain the maximum advantage for your event. Even the most sophisticated equipment can be accessed and controlled via a remote ‘touch screen’ AMX panel, offering ‘easy to use’ functionality.

If you are planning a more complex presentation and require professional technical support, or, if you or your presenters prefer to focus on the delivery of their presentations, then technical support staff can be booked in advance to ensure the smooth and professional delivery of your presentation.
