Portland Spa Therapy Suite Terms and Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all bookings.
- We accept all major credit cards (with the exception of AMEX), cash and cheques.
- A cheque will only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card and the booking will only be confirmed once the cheque has cleared.
- Deposits will be carried forward on treatments rescheduled to take place within three weeks.
- Treatments can only be rescheduled once.
- For group bookings the terms and conditions apply to each individual group member.
- The Portland Spa Limited reserves the right to amend the booking procedure at any time and without notice.
